Iron Thumbs
Terms of Service

These terms cover the Iron Thumbs website at ironthumbs.com and the Iron Thumbs mobile app, both published by Tinbell Studio ("we", "us"). By opening a room, joining one, or installing the app, you agree to them.
What you get
A personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use Iron Thumbs to play games with the people around you. It is free to play. We may add games, change them, or retire them at any time.
Accounts
You can play as a guest. If you sign in with Google or Apple, keep that account secure — anything done while signed in is treated as done by you. You may ask us to delete your account at any time, and we may close an account that is used to abuse the service.
House rules
When you use Iron Thumbs, you agree not to:
- choose a nickname that is abusive, hateful, obscene, or that impersonates someone else;
- harass, threaten or spam other players;
- cheat, automate play, tamper with scores, or interfere with other people's rooms;
- attack, overload or probe the service, or try to reach parts of it that are not yours;
- copy, resell, decompile or redistribute the games, artwork, sound or code;
- use the service to break the law.
A room is a shared screen in a shared space. Whoever opens the room is responsible for who is in it.
Play safely
Some games are played by tilting, shaking or tapping a phone quickly. Mind your surroundings, hold onto your phone, and take breaks. Play at your own risk.
Ownership
Iron Thumbs, its name, logo, games, artwork, sound and code belong to Tinbell Studio and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. All rights reserved. Nothing in these terms transfers any of it to you.
Availability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores will never be lost. We may suspend or discontinue it, in whole or in part, at any time.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Tinbell Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of Iron Thumbs. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and if you are a consumer your statutory rights are unaffected.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do. Continuing to use Iron Thumbs after a change means you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Portugal, where Tinbell Studio is based, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection in your own country of residence.
